Creations By Carol Return Policy

First we would like to thank all our customers for their support

1. To avoid mistakes and delays PLEASE! go over your order before you submit it.

2. You have 14 days to return any item for any reason in the condition that you received it, along with a copy of proof of purchase, other wise NO refund will be given.

3. Customers are responsible for return postage. A customer can only receive a refund for paid postage if an item was received damaged and the customer wants a refund. The customer MUST provide a copy of proof of purchase and paid postage..

4. Exchanges and Credits.

Exchanges: To make an exchang the customer will return the item(s) they want to exchange for one of equal value along with a copy of item(s) purchased. If a customer wants to echange an item(s) of greater value, the customer will send balance in the form of a postal money (NO CHECKS!!!) of item(s) being exchanged.

Credits: Credit is given to any customer that has received any item that has been damaged through the mail. If the customer wants the same item(s). The customer will return damaged merchandise and Creations By Carol will replace the item(s) and postage paid will be returned.

Because items on this website is made by hand, some items such as beads tend to become discontinued, and Creations By Carol cannot duplicate that same item, the customer at that time can choose to get a full refund, apply fees paid towards another item or request a similar item.

No exchanges, refunds or credits will be given without the return of merchandise and a copy of proof of purchase.

Event Orders: An Event order is an order that is being purchased for an event and can only be done by mail. The minimal amount for an event order is $50.00. When doing Event orders PLEASE make sure your order is correct in ALL aspects. All Event orders MUST be paid in full. Should the customer decide to cancel before the start date, a full refund is due. If the customers cancels after supplies have been purchased which is the start date, a refund is due minus a $25.00 inconvenience fee.

Can I Order For Groups ?
Yes you can. You can make a request via email. All orders must be placed two months in advance and paid in full prior to processing. One Of A Kind items can not be placed for group offers because they are ONE OF A KIND, and we do not carry large quantities for the item you are viewing, however we may be able to duplicate that item for you to accommodate your group oder. What should I do if I ordered something that is too small or too large?
If you order an item that is too small or too large, kindly mail your item back with a copy of your invoice stating what the issue is and we will take care of the matter at no extra charge. You can email us: orders@carolroll.com
What if I receive something that has been damaged?
As soon as you receive it send it back. Unfortunate sometimes these things happen. Because we can't always get the same beads that we made your item with we will give you the option to either get a refund or exchange your item for something else. If we have the beads that your item was made from we will then make another and ship it as soon as possible. You can email us:cservice@carolrolle.com
What if I don't receive my item?
All mailings from Creations By Carol is sent out with signature confirmation. Should your item be delivered to the wrong address or person you can choose to get a full refund or an even exchange. Please notify us as soon as possible should this occur. You can email us: orders@carolrolle.com
